The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) and Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) were both enacted in late March included several new employer requirements. Farm employers and other agri-businesses must abide by the new requirements including the new paid sick and family leave and related tax credits.
