As organizations that move dairy forward, Edge and Minnesota Milk pride themselves as direct advocates for dairy farmers in St. Paul and Washington D.C. Last year, we launched Farmer to Farmer Policy Picnics. These regional meetings foster a sense of community among our members and serve as the building blocks for our work on the issues that matter most to you. Join us on May 18 at Riverview in Morris to learn about manure management systems the farm uses at several locations, network with others in dairy and voice the issues affecting your farm.

Riverview started using technology as a way to apply feed pad runoff during the season without creating a smell issue for their neighbors. Then, they started filtering the manure so they could apply nutrients during the growing season.
