GREEN BAY, Wis.(Feb. 15, 2017) – Elizabeth Kempel and Jill Uhe have joined the Dairy Business Milk Marketing Cooperative as member services representatives.

Kempel and Uhe will help the co-op expand services to members, including recruitment and member engagement, and will also support farmers within the new Dairy Strong Sustainability Alliance.

“It’s our mission to enhance our members’ experiences and continually increase member services,” said Tim Trotter, executive director of DBMMC, which has members in nine Midwestern states and is one of the fastest-growing dairy cooperatives in the country. “To accomplish this, we need the brightest, most talented and passionate people on our team who truly understand dairy. Both Elizabeth and Jill are the perfect fit.”

Kempel and Uhe will work directly with DBMMC members to provide on-farm support and information. They will also assist with implementation programs as part of the alliance, a diverse group of partners working to ensure continuous improvement at all touchpoints in the production of dairy foods.

Both have extensive, established relationships in the dairy community and involvement in a variety of activities that will bring added value to members.
