Call for nominations for the Edge Dairy Farmer Cooperative Board of Directors

Dear Edge member:

The Edge board of directors is seeking Edge members qualified and interested in joining the Edge Board of Directors to fill the seat formerly held by the late John Pagel. Members are encouraged to participate by nominating either themselves or other individuals to the vacant position. Further information is provided below.

Positions Available
One (1) Director – Remaining term expires January 2021.

Nomination Requirements
 - Nominees must be members in good standing of Edge.
 - Each nomination must attach an Edge Board Interest Form stating:
          - Nominee’s name;
          - Nominee’s willingness to serve in the position for the term of that office   
            (and until his or her successor has been duly elected) and devote 5-10
            hours/month (depending on position) to Edge related matters; and
          - Brief statement by the candidate highlighting both the candidate’s
             qualifications for the position and the reasons for running.

Nomination forms must be submitted no later than Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2018 to Tim Trotter, executive director, at ttrotter@voiceofmilk.com or 2763 Manitowoc Rd. Ste B, Green Bay, WI 54311.

Nomination Process
According to the Edge bylaws, the board of directors will review all applicants and select the most qualified candidate to fill the position.
