Here are immediate things you can do:

• Inform employees to keep an eye out for suspicious activity and provide them with a process for reporting it
• Install security cameras and ensure they are working
• Establish a check-in procedure for visitors and place signs noting the procedure
• Escort visitors at all times around the property
